Pricing questions
Why per organisation and not per user?
Because a memo system only works when everyone can use it. Per-user pricing makes organisations ration who may raise or approve memos. With Smart Memo, everyone in your staff band is included.
What does the pilot include?
Thirty days on one department with three of your approval processes, your Delegation of Authority mapped into the routes, training, and a before-and-after report on cycle time. The fee is credited in full when you subscribe.
How are multi-site businesses priced?
A base fee for the organisation plus a fee per site or branch, so frontline staff are never charged as individual users. Ask us for a quote with your number of sites.
Can we host Smart Memo ourselves?
Government institutions that must host internally can take an on-premises licence with annual maintenance. Everyone else runs on our cloud subscription.
Is there a non-profit discount?
Yes. Verified non-profit and academic organisations get 30% off every subscription. The discount does not apply to the pilot or implementation.
Do prices include tax?
No. Prices are in US dollars and exclude VAT (16% in Kenya) and withholding tax. Kenyan clients can be invoiced in Kenya shillings at the rate on the quote.
